BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 150 dollars worth of Bedford wood shelf brackets from architecuraldepot.com. These so-called "shelf brackets" have no means of mounting them to a wall. There are no "keyhole" slots for screw-mounting. After nearly forty-five minutes spent on hold, customer service told me I had to either glue them in place or drill through the bracket for a screw and then fill the hole afterward! How ridiculous! I asked to return them, and they informed me they would charge me a 20-percent restocking fee on top of the return shipping charge. If you need structural brackets, find another manufacturer!
