The most horrible service ever. I asked them to deliver a cake from Taj. Instead they delivered a cake from a local bakery claiming it to be a "5 star" bakery. When my family in India refused to accept it in lieu of what we ordered Chandigarh florist called me up in NY at 4:30 am!! asking me to explain to my family tht the cake is okay. They flat refused to return the money and after repeated demands are going to deliver from some other 5 star hotel. Wont ever use them again.
