Hello--- Ordered Agency exhaust for my 996 Turbo. They charged my card for the full amount instantly but requested scans of my CC, passport etc because I am "overseas" (still EU!). Provided everything they wanted; thought they sent item as their online system showed that it had shipped. Emailed for Tracking # 5 times no response. Called to inquire, spoke to a Eric Moran who said nothing had been shipped even though all information I sent had been approved by their Bank, because I wanted exhaust shipped to my girlfriend. Astonished I cancelled my order. They emailed saying they will refund 1,927GBP and that it will show up in my account in ''2-3 days''. Now 2 weeks later still no refund. Told Mr Moran I should have known this would happen as I had read a "Beware Porscheshop" thread on Rennlist.Today I noticed that that thread has disappeared. They must have bought it off Rennlist. Shame on Rennlist! Still waiting for my refund for an order they never processed or shipped. DO NOT, DO NOT fall for these fraudulent scammers. BEWARE PORSCHESHOP, the rip-off artists!
